Dear Members of the MMP,
As you know, the Jubilee of Marian Spirituality will take place on October 11-12.
During the International Retreat for Priests in Collevalenza, we spoke with the national coordinators present. We agreed that, although unfortunately we cannot all be together during those days, it would be wonderful if some of us could gather in Rome and participate in the celebrations presided over by the Holy Father.
For now, the official Jubilee calendar includes a vigil in Santa Maria Maggiore for Saturday, October 11th, from 5 to 7 pm, and a Holy Mass presided over by the Holy Father at 10 am in Saint Peter’s on Sunday, October 12th.
I propose to those who are able to come to Rome to participate together: we will have a Cenacle on the morning of Saturday the 11th, then we will continue the pilgrimage and meet again for the Vigil on Saturday evening in Santa Maria Maggiore, finally on Sunday morning we will participate in the Pope’s Holy Mass together with all the other pilgrims.
In the plan of Divine Providence, the Lord and Our Lady gave us, through Sister Lucia, the journey of the First Five Saturdays precisely at the end of the Holy Year of 1925, that is, 100 years ago. Through Don Stefano, this journey has been asked of us again, enriched by the experience of the Cenacle. I believe there is no better way, therefore, to prepare ourselves for this Jubilee in the spirit of the Cenacle, to listen once again to what God gives us through the Immaculate Heart.
In this message, I ask you to let me know at your earliest convenience if any of you plan to be in Rome during those days. Everyone will have to make their own arrangements and find accommodation. I ask that you let me know so I can determine how many of us will be there, better organize the Cenacle on Saturday morning, October 11th, and communicate our precise attendance to the Jubilee organizers.
To those who cannot come to Rome, I ask them to commit themselves to organizing this Jubilee well in their parishes, and possibly also to help their dioceses celebrate it. In this way, we will be equally united in the Mass, in the Cenacle, and in living this Jubilee with the whole Church in the spirit that Our Lady left us in the MSM.
Let us continue to be always united on the path of the Immaculate Heart.

Estimados sacerdotes responsables y estimados colaboradores:
Como saben, el Jubileo de la Espiritualidad Mariana tendrá lugar los días 11 y 12 del próximo octubre.
Durante los Ejercicios Espirituales Internacionales para Sacerdotes en Collevalenza, nos reunimos con los responsables presentes y acordamos que, aunque lamentablemente no nos es posible estar todos juntos esos días, sería maravilloso que algunos de nosotros pudiéramos reunirnos en Roma y participar en las celebraciones presididas por el Santo Padre.
Por ahora, el calendario oficial del Jubileo incluye una vigilia el sábado 11 de octubre en Santa María la Mayor, de 17:00 a 19:00 hrs. y el domingo 12 de octubre una Santa Misa en San Pedro, presidida por el Santo Padre a las 10:00 de la mañana.
Propongo a quienes tengan la posibilidad de venir a Roma de participar juntos: tendremos un cenáculo la mañana del sábado 11, luego continuaremos la peregrinación y nos reuniremos para la Vigilia el sábado por la noche en Santa María la Mayor. Finalmente, el domingo por la mañana, participaremos en la Santa Misa del Papa junto con todos los demás peregrinos.
En el designio de la Providencia, el Señor y la Virgen nos regalaron a través de Sor Lucía, el camino de los Cinco Primeros Sábados, precisamente al final del Año Santo de 1925, es decir, hace 100 años.
A través de Don Stefano, este camino nos ha sido pedido nuevamente, enriquecido por la experiencia del Cenáculo. No creo, por tanto, que haya mejor manera de prepararnos para este Jubileo que en el espíritu del Cenáculo, escuchando una vez más aquello que Dios nos da a través del Inmaculado Corazón.
En este mensaje, les pido que me avisen pronto si alguno de ustedes piensa poder estar en Roma durante esos días.
Cada uno tendrá que organizarse y buscar alojamiento por su cuenta. Les pido que me mantengan informado para poder saber cuántos seremos, organizar mejor el Cenáculo del sábado 11 de octubre por la mañana y comunicar con precisión nuestra presencia a los organizadores del Jubileo.
A quienes no puedan venir a Roma, les pido que se comprometan a organizar bien este Jubileo en sus parroquias y si es posible, también a ayudar a sus diócesis a vivirlo: De esta manera estaremos igualmente unidos en la Misa, en el Cenáculo y viviendo este Jubileo con toda la Iglesia, en el espíritu que la Virgen nos dejó en el MSM.
Permanezcamos siempre unidos en el camino del Inmaculado Corazón.
