Dear Brothers and Sisters in the MMP,
Through this communiqué, I would like to bring to your attention a serious matter.
As taught by Our Lady and outlined by Fr. Stefano Gobbi in the introduction to the blue book, the characteristic commitments of the Marian Movement of Priests are as follows:
1- Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
2- Unity with the Pope and the Church united to him
3- Leading the faithful to entrustment to Our Lady
There are priests today who claim to be members of the MMP and yet do not adhere to these three core commitments and are spreading interpretations of the messages that are not faithful to the spirit of the MMP which Fr. Gobbi had faithfully transmitted. Some of these priests have a high-profile presence on social media (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with numerous followers. Some also conduct cenacles in their areas and may even travel at the invitation of others to facilitate cenacles and MMP retreats. What is most disturbing is that, in some cases, they quote passages from the Blue Book and lend their own interpretations to them, in an effort to mount a defense of their own personal and often erroneous points of view. They seek to bolster their own agendas, especially as concerns the second commitment – unity with the Holy Father. This is an improper use of Our Lady’s messages and not in accord with how a cenacle should be conducted. The opinions that they proffer are sowing seeds of doubt and division in the minds of their listeners and leading to much confusion. What is especially perilous is that some of these priests have an authoritative and convincing demeanor, speaking as though they have the answers and are the authority on such matters, thus leading many to blindly accept their teachings. Some of these priests even claim to have been given messages by mystics as an encouragement to continue down the same path.
Furthermore, we often see some of these priests actively involved in promoting other devotions and mystical phenomena, with the Marian Movement of Priests being reduced to just one among many. So why do these priests attach themselves to so many other things? Are they searching for something else that they believe the MMP does not offer? Clearly, they are misguided and have not understood Our Lady’s words. Her request to us is very clear:
“This is what I ask of you: that you let yourself instead be divested of all other preoccupations. This is not one of many movements, but it is my Movement, my son.” (#37e, February 10, 1974)
She guards her Movement jealously! She does not want the priests whom She has called and chosen to go in search of other things when they are called on a specific path that has been opened by Herself. Whoever wishes can follow it but must be faithful without hybridizing the message Our Lady left in the Blue Book; otherwise, they are free to go elsewhere: choose a path and follow it completely without mixing it with any other paths. For our part, what She teaches in the messages is so perfect, so complete, so all-encompassing that nothing else is necessary. So, why seek out other things, albeit perhaps authentic, which leave us divided and not entirely focused? Those priests whom Our Lady has chosen for her cohort are to be totally Hers; their primary focus should be Her Movement. That is why Fr. Gobbi stressed the need for all those working in and for the MMP to divest themselves of involvement with other mystics, messages, and devotions.
Sadly, these priests who are sowing confusion do not maintain unity with the internationally and nationally elected MMP coordinators, presumably since they would have to be in obedience to directives that would curtail their activities. Indeed, no one needs special permission to conduct a cenacle, as long as it is faithful to the format that has always been in use and precisely indicated on the international website. Still, Our Lady stresses the importance of maintaining unity with the national offices so that a structure is adhered to, which may hold the order and fidelity to the spirit of the MMP. Yes, Our Lady says “Let there be no leader among you,” but Fr. Gobbi was the instrument chosen by Her to guide the work of Her Marian Movement of Priests throughout the world. She wished all her priests to remain united with him because it is through him that priests would receive direction from Her, as evidenced in the following messages:
“What a long road these sons of mine must still travel, and you will give them your hand and have them walk toward me… For my Movement of Priests, I will manifest myself through you; you are the instrument chosen by me for this mission. This must be understood by everyone in order to avoid any confusion whatsoever with which my Adversary will attempt to obscure my work. Those who will accept it through you will receive the gift of my most pure light…” (79e, August 23, 1975)
“(…) I myself am leading forward my work of the Marian Movement of Priests, by means of all that I have told you through the book of my messages and the little son whom I have chosen as my instrument to spread it in every part of the world. May you all be more and more united to this son of mine; only in this way are you sure of walking in the light which I give you. (…) (295f, September 20, 1984)
“In these times Satan is ensnaring very much even this work of love of mine, seeking to sow division among you. Therefore, I am urging you all to be more docile and more humble, more obedient and more united with this little son of mine, whom I have chosen as the instrument for the spread of the Marian Movement of Priests in every part of the world. (381h, May 1, 1988)
Practically speaking, Fr. Gobbi was aware that difficulties could arise if there were no centers to maintain unity with him, Her chosen instrument. Guided by Our Lady, Fr. Gobbi appointed National Directors who would proceed to set up headquarters in each of the various countries to serve as centers of unity for the Movement and carefully preserve fidelity to the spirit of the MMP. From these centers, the books would be distributed and information shared, all the while keeping in close contact with the international office for instruction and direction. Sadly, these priests who are not in communion with the international or national coordinator are left devoid of direction and often misguide other people of goodwill.
Our Lady wants her priests to come together as a team formed by unity in the spirit of the MMP, rather than working as solo entities.
“You cannot come to me alone. If you come alone, I ask you: ‘And your brothers, where are they?’ You must come to my Heart all together, joined by the divine bond of your ever increasingly perfect and reciprocal love.” (311i, July 5, 1985)
Finally, one last and most important point is that Our Lady wants her priests to be obedient to their bishop or superior. O, how She loves the virtue of obedience, of which She so often speaks in her messages to Fr. Gobbi!
“I want to make of you sons who want to obey, who always know how to obey. Obedience and docility: this is the livery in which I wish to attire you. I will give my orders through the voice of him whom my Son has appointed to govern his Church: the Pope with the hierarchy united to him … These poor sons of mine who do not obey and who rebel are already victims of the most subtle and insidious kind of pride…How Satan is succeeding today in deceiving and seducing you! He makes you believe that you are guardians of tradition and defenders of faith, while he causes you to be the first to make shipwreck of your faith and leads you, all unaware, into error.” (#108 lmn,qrs, August 22, 1976)
“The virtue which I love most in my priest-sons is that of obedience. Today, you must be an example to everyone, by obeying with joy your superiors, especially the Pope.” (#253c, November 20, 1982)
With so many now on social media at risk of blindly following and believing everything they hear, I felt the need to issue this warning to make you more cautious and aware. Keep in mind that not every priest who is conducting a Cenacle is speaking precisely according to the spirit of the Marian Movement of Priests, as taught by Our Lady in the messages She gave to Fr. Gobbi. Do not allow yourselves to be led astray. Please call the National Headquarters if you have questions about a certain priest, and our National Director can confirm for you whether or not he has remained in union with the Movement’s pure spirit.
Everything, our life and our commitment, is only for the Work of our Mother, in Her we are united on the sure path that leads us to God. We walk together, guided and protected in Her Immaculate Heart.

Queridos Hermanos y Hermanas en el MSM,
A través de este comunicado deseo llamar su atención sobre un asunto serio.
Tal como lo enseñó Nuestra Señora y lo expuso el P. Stefano Gobbi en la introducción al Libro Azul, los compromisos característicos del Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano son los siguientes:
- Consagración al Inmaculado Corazón de María
- Unidad con el Papa y la Iglesia unida a él
- Conducir a los fieles al acto de encomendarse a Nuestra Señora
Hoy en día hay sacerdotes que afirman ser miembros del MSM y, sin embargo, no cumplen con estos tres compromisos fundamentales. Están difundiendo interpretaciones de los mensajes que no son fieles al espíritu del MSM, tal como el P. Gobbi los transmitió con fidelidad. Algunos de estos sacerdotes tienen una presencia muy visible en las redes sociales (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) con numerosos seguidores. También algunos dirigen cenáculos en sus zonas y hasta viajan, invitados por otros, para facilitar cenáculos y retiros del MSM. Lo más preocupante es que, en algunos casos, citan pasajes del Libro Azul y les dan sus propias interpretaciones, con el fin de defender puntos de vista personales y con frecuencia erróneos. Buscan fortalecer sus propias agendas, especialmente en lo que concierne al segundo compromiso: la unidad con el Santo Padre. Este es un uso indebido de los mensajes de Nuestra Señora y no corresponde al modo en que un cenáculo debe ser conducido. Las opiniones que ellos presentan siembran dudas y división en las mentes de quienes los escuchan y generan gran confusión. Lo más peligroso es que algunos de estos sacerdotes tienen una actitud autoritaria y convincente, hablando como si fueran ellos la autoridad en la materia, llevando a muchos a aceptar ciegamente sus enseñanzas. Incluso algunos afirman haber recibido mensajes de místicos como aliento para continuar en ese mismo camino.
Además, con frecuencia vemos a algunos de estos sacerdotes muy activos en la promoción de otras devociones y fenómenos místicos, reduciendo al Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano a ser simplemente uno más entre tantos. Entonces, ¿por qué estos sacerdotes se aferran a tantas otras cosas? ¿Acaso buscan algo que piensan que el MSM no les ofrece? Claramente, están equivocados y no han comprendido las palabras de Nuestra Señora. Su pedido para nosotros es muy claro:
Yo te pido esto: déjate, en cambio, despojar de toda otra preocupación. Este no es uno de tantos movimientos, sino que es mi Movimiento, hijo. (#37e, 10 de febrero de 1974)
¡Ella custodia celosamente su Movimiento! No quiere que los sacerdotes a quienes ha llamado y escogido vayan en busca de otras cosas cuando han sido llamados a un camino específico que Ella misma ha abierto. Quien quiera puede seguirlo, pero debe ser fiel, sin mezclar el mensaje que Nuestra Señora dejó en el Libro Azul; de lo contrario, son libres de ir a otro lugar: escoger un camino y seguirlo plenamente, sin mezclarlo con otros. Por nuestra parte, lo que Ella enseña en los mensajes es tan perfecto, tan completo, tan abarcador, que no se necesita nada más. ¿Por qué, entonces, buscar otras cosas, aunque sean auténticas, que nos dividen y nos desenfocan? Los sacerdotes que Nuestra Señora ha escogido para su cohorte deben ser totalmente suyos; su enfoque principal debe ser Su Movimiento. Por eso el P. Gobbi recalcaba la necesidad de que todos los que trabajan en y para el MSM se desvinculen de otros místicos, mensajes y devociones.
Lamentablemente, estos sacerdotes que siembran confusión no mantienen la unidad con los coordinadores internacionales y nacionales electos del MSM, presumiblemente porque tendrían que obedecer directrices que limitarían sus actividades. En realidad, nadie necesita permiso especial para realizar un cenáculo, siempre que se respete el formato que siempre se ha utilizado y que está claramente indicado en la página web internacional. Aun así, Nuestra Señora recalca la importancia de mantener la unidad con las oficinas nacionales para que se respete una estructura que mantenga el orden y la fidelidad al espíritu del MSM. Sí, Nuestra Señora dice: “Que no haya líder entre vosotros”, pero el P. Gobbi fue el instrumento escogido por Ella para guiar la obra de Su Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano en todo el mundo. Ella quiso que todos sus sacerdotes permanecieran unidos a él, porque a través de él recibirían dirección de Ella, como se evidencia en los siguientes mensajes:
Cuanto camino deben aún recorrer estos hijos míos y tú les darás una mano para hacerlos caminar hacia Mí… Por medio de mi Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano, Yo me manifiesto a través tuyo, y no de otro, eres el instrumento escogido por Mi para esta misión me manifestaré a través de ti; tú eres el instrumento elegido por mí para esta misión. Esto debe ser reconocido por todos con el fin de evitar cualquier malentendido con el que mi Adversario intente sembrar la confusión en esta Obra mía. Los que la recibirán por medio de ti, tendrán el don de mi purísima luz.” (79e, 23 de agosto de 1975)
Yo misma llevo adelante mi Obra del Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano, por medio de todo lo que te he comunicado a través del libro de mis mensajes y del pequeño hijo que he escogido, como instrumento mío, para difundirla en todas partes del mundo. Estad todos cada vez más unidos a este hijo mío; sólo así estáis seguros de caminar en la luz os doy.” (295f, 20 de septiembre de 1984)
En estos tiempos, Satanás también insidia mucho esta Obra mía de amor, tratando de sembrar divisiones entre vosotros. Por eso, os invito a todos a ser más dóciles y humildes, más obedientes y mas unidos a este hijito mío, que he elegido como instrumento para la difusión del Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano en todo el mundo.” (381h, 1 de mayo de 1988)
En la práctica, el P. Gobbi sabía que podían surgir dificultades si no existían centros que mantuvieran la unidad con él, su instrumento escogido. Guiado por Nuestra Señora, el P. Gobbi nombró Directores Nacionales que establecerían sedes en cada país como centros de unidad del Movimiento y custodiarían cuidadosamente la fidelidad al espíritu del MSM. Desde estos centros se distribuirían los libros y se compartiría información, siempre en estrecho contacto con la sede internacional para recibir orientación y dirección. Lamentablemente, los sacerdotes que no están en comunión con el coordinador internacional o nacional quedan sin dirección y a menudo desorientan a personas de buena voluntad.
Nuestra Señora quiere que sus sacerdotes se unan como un equipo formado en la unidad del espíritu del MSM, y no que trabajen como entidades aisladas.
No podéis acercaros a Mí solos. Porque si venís solos, os pregunto: ¿Y vuestros hermanos, dónde están? Debéis venir a mi Corazón unidos, ligados por el vínculo divino de una cada vez más perfecta y recíproca caridad.” (311i, 5 de julio de 1985)
Finalmente, un último y muy importante punto es que Nuestra Señora quiere que sus sacerdotes sean obedientes a su obispo o superior. ¡Oh, cuánto ama Ella la virtud de la obediencia, de la cual habla tan a menudo en sus mensajes al P. Gobbi!
Quiero hacer de vosotros hijos que quieran y que sepan obedecer, siempre. Obediencia y docilidad: he aquí la divisa con la que quiero revestiros. Mis ordenes las daré a través de la voz de aquel a quien mi Hijo puso para regir su Iglesia: el Papa con la jerarquía a Él unida… Estos pobres hijos míos que no obedecen y que se rebelan son ya víctimas la forma más sutil e insidiosa de la soberbia y caminan hacia la muerte… ¡De qué manera Satanás, mi adversario desde el principio, logra hoy engañaros y seduciros! Os hace sentiros custodios de la tradición y defensores de la fe, mientras vosotros mismos sois los primeros a quienes hace naufragar en la fe y os lleva inadvertidamente al error.” (#108 l,m,n,q,r,s, 22 de agosto de 1976)
La virtud que amo más en mis hijos sacerdotes es la obediencia. Hoy debéis dar ejemplo a todos, obedeciendo con alegría a vuestros superiores, especialmente al Papa.” (#253c, 20 de noviembre de 1982)
Con tantos hoy en las redes sociales en riesgo de seguir ciegamente y creer todo lo que oyen, sentí la necesidad de emitir esta advertencia para hacerlos más cautos y conscientes. Recuerden que no todo sacerdote que dirige un Cenáculo habla con total fidelidad al espíritu del Movimiento Sacerdotal Mariano, tal como Nuestra Señora lo enseñó en los mensajes que dio al P. Gobbi. No se dejen desviar. Por favor, llamen a la Sede Nacional si tienen preguntas sobre algún sacerdote, y el Responsable Nacional podrá confirmarles si se mantiene o no en unión con el espíritu puro del Movimiento.
Todo, nuestra vida y nuestro compromiso, es únicamente para la Obra de nuestra Madre; en Ella estamos unidos en el camino seguro que nos conduce a Dios. Caminamos juntos, guiados y protegidos en Su Inmaculado Corazón.
